Welcome to Life Transformations, LLC.

Life Transformations is a health center in Kettering, Ohio that focuses on healing the mind, body & spirit. We offer life coaching, consulting, whole health education, wellness/nutritional coaching, individual, family and group counseling, and wellness classes. We also collaborate with mental health counselors, massage therapists and body workers both onsite and in the local community.
